The Firm specializes in providing bookkeeping, consulting, attestation, business valuation and tax services to both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. The firm’s partners and managers have developed a wealth of knowledge from their experiences over the years through their employment within local, regional, national, and international public accounting firms.
Our second managing partner was a peer reviewer within the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Peer Review program from 1979 until his retirement at the end of 2016. His involvement in this program, and the commitment of the firm to require all members of the professional staff to obtain at least forty hours per year of continuing education, ensures that our work product is prepared based on the up-to-date accounting and disclosure requirements.
David Culp & Co. LLP is an Indiana based public accounting firm with offices in Huntington, Fort Wayne, and Goshen, Indiana.
The firm was established in 1966 and currently consists of three partners and over twenty four employees, which includes both professional and administrative support personnel.
The Firm is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and has a rich history with the Indiana CPA Society. Our founding partner was a former president of the society, and current partners and professional staff have held committee positions with the society.
William Miller, CPA
Partner
Bill has over 30 years of auditing, tax and accounting experience. Bill has worked for an international public accounting firm and a manufacturing concern in addition to his time with the Firm. Bill has audited for-profits, non-profits, church denominations and foundations. Bill is involved in the community by serving as treasurer on a number of boards.

Drew Sell, CPA
Partner
Drew has over 30 years in taxation, accounting and consulting services. Drew joined the firm in 1991 and has spent his entire career with Culp CPA Group. Drew has several manufacturing and service clients. Drew is a member of the AICPA and the Indiana CPA Society.

N. Byron Price, CPA
Partner
Byron is a graduate of both Presbyterian College and the University of South Carolina, and also splits his time between taxation and accounting and consulting services. He has managed his own practice prior to joining David Culp & Co. LLP.

Jason Lackey, CPA
Partner
Jason graduated with distinction from Indiana University South Bend. His primary focus is on corporate income taxation, partnership taxation, and personal income taxation. Prior to David Culp & Co, Jason spent time with and international public accounting firm where he focused on multi-state taxation and in the tax department of an international manufacturing company. Jason is a proud veteran of the United States Army and active in the veteran community.

Jill Jamison, CPA
Director
Jill graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ball State University in 1991 and is involved with compilation, attestation and taxation services. Jill has been with David Culp & Co. LLP since 1998 after working at a regional firm. Jill prepares business and individual filings, external and internal audits, compilations, reviews and other tax and accounting services. She is a member of the AICPA and INCPAS. She is the Treasurer for the Huntington County Chamber of Commerce and Huntington County Humane Society. In addition, serves on boards for other local nonprofit organizations.

Kevin Wenger, EA
Director
Kevin is a graduate of Indiana Purdue at Fort Wayne, and manages the Fort Wayne office. Kevin spends the majority of his time working in the compilation and tax area. Kevin joined the David Culp & Co. LLP in 1990 after spending 3 years with an international firm. Kevin is involved in his community where he has served as Monroeville’s Clerk Treasurer 28 years and 33 years as a fireman.

Dan Braun
Enrolled Agent
Dan graduated from Wright State University in 1998 and received his Enrolled Agent license from the IRS in 2002. Dan has been in the public accounting field since 1998 working for various small firms in Indiana and Ohio. In 2016 Dan joined David Culp & Co. LLP in the Fort Wayne office and splits his time between Taxation and Accounting.

Emmy Stroop
Enrolled Agent
Emmy received her Enrolled Agent license from the IRS in 2015 and is a graduate of Indiana University at South Bend. She divides her time between accounting services, payroll, and individual tax return preparation. Emmy joined the Culp CPA Group in 2025.

Tammy is a graduate of Huntington University, and splits her time between taxation and accounting and consulting services. Tammy has been with David Culp & Co. LLP in the Huntington for over three years.

Nicole Bullock
Professional Staff
Nicole is a 2016 graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, majoring in Accounting and Finance. Her time at David Culp & Co. LLP is divided between taxation, auditing, and accounting services. Nicole joined the firm in November 2017 after spending 1 year at a regional accounting firm as a tax associate.

Jayne Stove
Professional Staff
Jayne is a graduate of Indiana University at Fort Wayne, and divides her time between individual taxation, payroll, and accounting services. Jayne started with David Culp & Co. LLP in the Fort Wayne office and now in the Huntington office and has been with the firm over 24 years. Jayne has also served as a den leader and assistant cubmaster with the Boy Scouts of America. She is affiliated with the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and ICPAS.

Teri Pyle
Professional Staff
Teri studied Pre-Law at Ball State University. Teri has been with Culp CPA Group since 2021 after working for a local law firm for 24 years where her duties included Office Manager, Bookkeeping/Payroll and Taxation. At Culp CPA Group, Teri divides her time between taxation (including income, estates and trusts), accounting and consulting services. Teri is a certified Pro Advisor and a Notary Public.
Tate Henvey
Tate graduated from Liberty University School of Law in 2017, spent several years as a government attorney, and more recently graduated from Trine University with a focus in accounting. Tate received his Enrolled Agent license from the IRS in 2024 and is on track to receive his CPA license in 2026. Tate also holds a Masters degree in
Professional Writing.
